Colliver Coffee Company Reflects on Joining The Kentucky Coffee Trail™

A year ago today, my husband and I went on a small getaway and visited a town in Alabama. The suite town had a coffee trail. My husband and I explored the city and absolutely loved trying different coffee shops. It made our morning to try different coffee shop each day we got up. What a neat idea for visitors. Shortly after returning from that trip, my husband had an unexpected job change and early this year 2025, my husband decided to go into Coffee roasting full-time and begin our own Coffee mobile business. This is not what we expected a year ago, but have enjoyed the journey and are excited to serve Kentucky in our community. When we were approached about joining the Kentucky coffee trail, we were thrilled. This November Kentucky Coffee Trail will officially debut what a wonderful opportunity to connect coffee shops across the state, support local communities, increase tourism, and support small businesses!
